Directions: We suggest using a water bottle to mix and fill your flask.
Fill your flask with water
Dump the water from the flask into a water bottle or shaker bottle.
Add 1 scoop of Formula 369, per 2 oz of water used, into the bottle or shaker cup.
Shake to mix thoroughly.
Use bottle to fill soft flask with carb solution, and replace top.
