Formula 369 with Caffeine is the same great formula you’ve come to love and trust, but with that extra little kick. Use this product when it really matters, whether that be in a race, bucket list event, or a key workout you really want to nail.
HOW TO USE: This product is intended to be used in combination with our uncaffeinated mix. For example, mix 1 caffeinated scoop plus 2 uncaffeinated scoops per bottle, which is an ideal mix for each hour of intense exercise. Target 3mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight leading up to and during your activity.
Mixing instructions: Fill 22-28 oz. bottle with water first, then add 1-3 scoops of powder and shake to mix.
Recommendations:
-1 scoop 45-60 minutes before start of activity.
-2 scoops in first hour of activity less than 2 hours.
-1 scoop per hour of activity greater than 2 hours.
Additional scoops of uncaffeinated Formula 369 will need to be added to get desired carbohydrate levels.
*Do not exceed 6mg of caffeine per kg of body weight per day.

We love formula 369. Fueling has gotten more expensive and complex. Love the simplicity, taste and cost of formula 369.

Hey man just want to share some feedback after using the caffeine 369. It was freaking awesome. I raced true grit today and I did 2 bottles of 6 scopes in my uswe pack and then I did one bottle with 3 scopes of caffeine. I drank the caffeine bottle every 30-40 minutes and it lasted until the last 20 minutes. It was perfect for a sub 4 hour hard effort. That caffeine bottle was my rocket fuel! I’ve been using Formula 369 for almost a year now and no complaints. I adjust the amount based on the intensity/duration of my rides and always finish feeing strong and recover quickly. I’ll occasionally add electrolyte tabs for hotter rides and to add some flavor, but the mix is fine plain as well.
Super juice not kidding. Only a week or 2 into it and results have far surpassed my expectations. 86 miles today in 2 28 oz bottles and energy to spare at the end. Hope my results continue to improve with this powdwe

I use this in conjunction with the regular Formula369 to add a “high octane” boost to my fueling. It works very well. Highly recommend.
Great price. Can be a bit clumpy when mixing but after sitting for a bit the sugar dissolves. Would love to see more sodium per serving but can’t complain.
