We recommend mixing the contents of one full packet in a 22-28 ounce water bottle. This will completely fuel you for 1 hour of intense exercise, or drink over ~2 hours on easier activities. No other fuel required.
In an effort to reduce waste going to our landfills, we intend these sample packets to be used one time to sample the taste and effectiveness of the product before purchasing a larger bag. After sampling the product, we recommend purchasing one of our single serve containers and filling it yourself for on the go portions.

I tried 369 about seven months ago, and it's now my favorite go to ride drink. Easy to drink no matter the temp, and I never get tired of the taste. Just a sweet, to your taste and need drink that I've found keeps me going when others don't. I'm on my third order and have included the travel packs for long rides. Highly recommend giving it a shot..
I have used one, two and three scoops per bottle, depending on duration and intensity, Formula 369 does not disappoint. I have full energy on every type of ride. At the end of long rides when others start to fade, I have Formula 369 to thank for keeping me upfront. If you aren't using this stuff, you are missing out.

It’s a strange feeling not having these swings of being very full, and then very hungry. Sipping this frequently keeps you feeling perfectly satiated while riding. Even after the ride, I usually come home and am ravenous but after this I’m still satiated and don’t really have to eat. No GI issues, the flavor is good but not overwhelming, and I really love the reusable packets that make it easy to pack for a race or take it on the go!
I’ve struggled with nutrition as I have a sensitive stomach. Most hard events and races in particular has led to puking my guts out or dry heaving from lack of fuel intake. I find Formula 369 to be really smooth and well balanced especially when trying to hit 95-100g per hour. All of this ideally consumed in the 369 bottle as the nozzle does not create air when you squeeze it out and consume. This helps reduce taking in air and bloating as well. Overall I love it and if it continues to work as well as it has I can simplify my nutrition down to just this and there is no need for Tailwind, Scratchlabs, gu, Bloks. Makes prep soo much easier. Lastly Eric has been super helpful providing nutrition guidance specifically as it relates to his formula. This is something unique as most large brands would be tough to get in touch with. As someone who used other products religiously for every ride, using Formula369 has done more for me way better than what these other products have. The price point is competitive and you get way more bang for your buck than other products.

Formula 369 is fueling at its best! It’s all of what you need and none of what you don’t! I can use this product for everything from fueling and hydration on short easier rides by adding only 30 grams of carbohydrates (one scoop) to 60 grams of carbohydrates (two scoops) for moderate rides and training rides that last up to two hours to 90 grams of carbohydrates (three scoops) for rides longer than two hours and when things get competitive. I’ve been using Formula 369 exclusively for over two years now and I haven’t found the need for anything else or more fore that matter. I was extremely skeptical when I first tried it, but tried it due to the cost of this product versus everything else that is out there on the market. Formula 369 delivered results for me at a fraction of what other products cost! Thank you!!!!

Been looking for a product to use while mountain biking. I’ve used F369 on two rides so far and can defiantly tell a difference in energy levels. I have more playing around with number of scoops my body needs for longer than hour rides, but only see positives taking place for me.
Product worked great. No stomach issues and easy to drink. Mixed it tasted a little sweet but not much flavor other than the sweetness which worked out fine for my testing to work out a nutritional plan for a century ride.

It's a very affordable mix drink for a self supporting competitive cyclist. It works as the popular and expensive brands out there. I rode 50 miles using it and it kept me hydrated during my ride. However, the taste is a bit sweet for my liking. Everytime I drunk the mix. I also had to sip my other bottle of water to flushed the flavor inside my mouth.
