Unreal how much I have at the end of a 100+ mile ride consuming - as directed and using the carb dope! Who would have thought the legs could deliver after going full gas for 4 hours and stull have over 1200 watts!

The right type of product, no gut issues good calories for the price. I'm not used to the mixing for gel purposes. It's a bit residue-leaving in the mixer bottle/glass. Unflavored has a mild yeasty/malt flavor, not too bad though.
