New pantry staple! This glorious anti-bonk super fuel has completely transformed my ride/run nutrition. Gone are the days of hoping I could cram enough rice krispy treat down my gullet just to reach the bare minimum carb intake per hour, with 2 scoops of F369 + 1 scoop caffeinated F369 + 1 scoop of the electrolyte booster I’ve got 90g of carbs and about the same amount of electrolytes in an LMNT pack all for less than a cup of coffee in one bottle.
