I not only use 369 in my bidons when I ride but I also drop two scoops in my recovery smooths when I finish. Getting carbs in along with proteins after a ride is really helpful. Can’t say enough good things about 369.

So far it is good! I have only used it a few times but, it seems to work well! I have been leaving gels, bars at home. Even on my last big ride (6 1 miles) kept me fueled. My only regret is not buying the caffeinated version as well. But I will get some for my Climate Ride in may! Thank you for a great product!

Have been racing for 9 years and have always struggled with the sweetness of most hydration mix’s. Gave Formula 369 a try and was extremely impressed! I used to only be able to handle half of the old company’s mixtures but with formula 369 have been able to easily digest the full recommended mixture with no problems! Been using Formula 369 for over a year now and it's definitely become my favorite endurance fuel. This past weekend we raced Lotoja, which is 203 miles. After about 100 miles my stomach shuts down on eating solid foods, but that's when 369 comes to the rescue and powers me the rest of the way with its clean carbs that also don't give me any GI distress. This is the go to for NEBO Cycling.

For being unflavored, they almost has a vanilla hint of taste. There’s definitely helps out fueling, long and or hard runs! Will definitely continue to purchase this.

For me, makes long run fueling much easier - they have videos on their Facebook page with making 120g of carbs in a 250ml soft flask and adding electrolytes, have tried it a few times and it seems to work with my stomach and allows me to take in more carbs than I have ever done previously. For me ingesting it is easier than pulling out the gel packets and then having to dispose of the gel packets, so it seems to be a much better environmentally sound approach to fueling. Instead of carrying a bunch of gels, this seems to be a much more economical and easier solution. Get one of the starter packs that has electrolyte mix and this product and you can get a good deal and get enough of the product to be able test it out it out properly without a heavy investment.

Awesome,awesome. I have struggled trying to figure out my nutrition for endurance events for years. Decided to give this a shot last minute and it was such a better day. No nausea, goes down easy and fuels you well.

Absolutely loving Formula 369! I like that I can control how many carbs I’ll be intaking and that I can flavor it on my own. Mixing it is very easy I haven’t had any trouble with clumping. Love the product and will be purchasing again!
